We don’t need much! Our Sell My Land Form only requires the name under which the land property is listed with the county, your contact information, and the state and county where the property is located. Providing additional information is recommended, and completing the form as thoroughly as possible will help us research your land property and present you with an offer more quickly.

Any outstanding taxes or dues will be factored into our offer before finalizing the agreement. We can deduct these from the closing price. In cases of minimal dues, we may cover them upfront for your convenience. The bottom line: You’ll never have to dip into your own funds to sell your land to us.
No worries! We’ll take care of it. We’ll prepare a new deed for the purchase of your land property, so you won’t need to provide a copy of your deed. We can obtain most, if not all, of the necessary documents from the county offices to complete the purchase, requiring minimal effort on your part.
